Faced with declining enrollment and outdated image, the Greater St. Louis Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America was in need of a refresh. In short, we needed to make Boy Scouts cool again. By showcasing contemporary scouts and dramatizing fun, engaging experiences, we put a modern, adventurous spin on tradition – proving that scouting is anything but boring.
