Advertising Savants is seeking a highly organized, experienced Project Manager to join our team. This position is central to the smooth and successful execution of our clients’ marketing initiatives—from traditional and digital media trafficking, to estimating, billing, timeline management, and coordination across disciplines. You’ll work closely with colleagues in media, content marketing, account management, and creative to spearhead and manage the implementation of a wide range of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day management of multiple projects across traditional, digital, and integrated media.
  
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  
• Collaborate with media, content, account management, and creative teams to guide work from concept through completion.
  
• Manage estimates, budgets, and project billing in partnership with agency leadership.
• Coordinate digital deliverables such as websites, landing pages, paid media campaigns, and email initiatives in partnership with internal and external development resources.
• Ensure workflows run smoothly by anticipating bottlenecks and proactively solving issues.
• Serve as a central point of contact to keep projects organized, on track, and aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience managing workflow in an agency or equivalent client-side marketing environment.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple digital and traditional projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proven track record of overseeing projects from start to finish—estimating, trafficking, billing, and timeline management.
• Proficiency with Asana or other project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Basecamp, Trello).
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong collaborator who thrives in team-oriented environments.
  
• Agency experience (or equivalent) is a must.
